Lifecycle of Successful Career

We all want success in life, be it a family, a business or study. But not all of us get success. With my research and experience, i tried preparing perfect recipe of success in life with seven(7) ingredients.

We must have heard – “Smile, it improves your face value”. So true in such a stressful life. If we do not smile, our life will become a death bed. Even a child smile make us feel happy. We get positive energy with jolly people around us. So always start your day with a smile and keep smiling. Even in sadness keep smiling, it makes us feel happy as after smile comes the laughter. Good health is as bonus with your smile. We can win many heart with our smile, can make many friends and within no time we can feel ourselves as part of our team.

In team not all of us are expert in everything. We need a team to complement each others strength. Teamwork – Coming together is a beginning, Keeping together is progress and working together is success (Henry Ford). We all need teamwork not only to achieve common goal but also our personal goals. Rather we all help each other achieving their personal goal which ultimately lead to accomplishment of common goal. But, along the journey we need someone to show us the right direction – our Mentor.

Have a Mentor – A Mentor empowers us to see a possible future, and believe it can be obtained(Shawn Hitchcock). You may need few mentors for different front of your life. Smart people learn from their mistakes, wise people learn from others mistake, successful people learn from successful mentor. We can shrink the timeline, by having good mentor and can earn 15years experience in 5 years time. Only way to get benefited from our Mentor is to be their shadow and learn all the professional and personal traits to become a good person in society. Grow in Life – so obvious with above three Inplace. Get matured, have few simple rules in our life – Caring, Sensitive, Considerate, Honest & Trustworthy. We need to get involved in some serious self coaching and get our life transformed – for rest of the life. Acquiring a Social Figure.

This is the perfect milestone in our life to take a break & Celebrate our success – Take a break and enjoy, Build your Network, Prepare ourselves for the future challenges. This is not the time to stop, we need to keep moving with same dedication but wisely. Set an example, bring the culture of success, set high expectation, appreciate hard work. During our journey so far, we may realize that a Mentor is taking birth within us.

The time is coming close to Pass our legacy – we must start training, teaching and guiding our subordinates. The best way to align our team from bottom to top is by early engagement. It also builds faith within team and support learning organization.

All these sincere effort takes us a step closer to self satisfaction. So, lets Do our best and enjoy – and keep smiling.
